Per qualsiasi problema o domanda scrivici a supporto@allyoucanfight.app. Ti rispondiamo appena possibile, in italiano o in inglese. È anche il nostro punto di contatto per le autorità e per segnalare contenuti illegali.
Dall'app: Profilo → ⚙️ Impostazioni → Supporto → Aiutaci a migliorare. Scegli Idea, Problema o Altro e scrivi il messaggio: insieme ci arrivano la versione dell'app e il sistema del telefono, così ti aiutiamo prima.
Il gioco
Come si gioca?
Al ristorante tocca Fight → Crea un tavolo e scegli Sfida sushi o Sfida quiz. Gli amici entrano con Entra al tavolo, inquadrando il QR o scrivendo il codice del tavolo. Nella sfida sushi premi EAT a ogni pezzo: i pezzi restano nascosti fino alla fine. Quando hai finito tocca Mi fermo: quando si fermano tutti arriva il podio. Trovi tutto anche in Impostazioni → Supporto → Come si gioca.
Come funziona il quiz?
Scegli il tema (Sushi, Giappone, Cultura generale, Curiosità) e quante domande: hai 20 secondi per ognuna e chi risponde giusto e veloce fa più punti. Puoi giocare al tavolo, da solo, oppure sfidare un amico in chat con il tasto ⚔ (solo nelle chat a due).
Posso giocare da solo?
Sì: in Crea un tavolo c'è Gioca da solo (la partita da solo non conta per classifiche, record e medaglie). Se sei in un'Arena, con Unisciti a un tavolo vedi le sfide aperte nel locale e ti siedi con chi sta per giocare.
Non voglio comparire in classifica
Spegni Impostazioni → Privacy → Profilo visibile nelle classifiche.
Cos'è un'Arena?
Un ristorante sushi che fa parte di All You Can Fight: lo trovi sulla mappa, ha la sua classifica, il suo record e il suo canale con novità ed eventi. Da lì puoi anche prenotare un tavolo: per te è gratis. Dove non c'è ancora un'Arena puoi giocare nella All You Can Fight Arena, che è nostra e ti segue ovunque.
La tua salute
Mangia con calma e solo quanto mangeresti normalmente: nessun punteggio vale il tuo benessere. Prima di ogni sfida sushi l'app mostra un avviso sulla salute, e puoi fermarti o uscire quando vuoi con Mi fermo o Esci. Non giocare se hai meno di 14 anni (dai 14 ai 17 solo col permesso di un genitore), se sei in gravidanza, se hai disturbi alimentari, malattie che peggiorano mangiando molto o in fretta, o allergie ai cibi del sushi. Chiedi sempre al ristorante gli allergeni. Se qualcuno sta male o soffoca, chiama subito il 112. Tutte le regole sono nelle Condizioni d'uso, sezione 3.
Negozio e acquisti
L'app è gratis?
Sì, l'app è gratis e senza pubblicità. Nel Negozio (Profilo → Personalizza → Negozio) puoi comprare extra solo estetici: personaggi leggendari e mitologici, corone, pulsanti, pacchetti di sticker e «Tutto il Negozio». Non danno vantaggi nel gioco. Ogni oggetto si compra una volta e resta tuo.
Chi gestisce il pagamento?
Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play), con il tuo account dello store. Noi non vediamo i tuoi dati di pagamento. Per un rimborso chiedi ad Apple o a Google.
Ho cambiato telefono: come riavo i miei acquisti?
Entra con lo stesso account Apple o Google del telefono e tocca Profilo → Personalizza → Negozio → Ripristina acquisti. Gli acquisti restano legati al tuo account dello store, anche se elimini l'account dell'app.
Amici, chat e storie
Come aggiungo un amico?
In Messaggi → Amici tocca «+» e scrivi il suo codice amico. Puoi anche toccare Aggiungi amico nel profilo di un giocatore, fargli inquadrare il QR del tuo codice o mandargli il tuo link d'invito.
Chi vede le mie storie?
Quando pubblichi una storia scegli se la vedono tutti o solo gli amici. La scelta di serie (solo amici) si cambia in Impostazioni → Privacy → Chi vede le mie storie. Le storie spariscono dopo 24 ore e puoi eliminarle prima.
Chi può scrivermi?
Lo scegli in Impostazioni → Privacy → Chi può scrivermi e sfidarmi (tutti o solo amici). Lì trovi anche chi vede il tuo ultimo accesso e se gli amici vedono quando sei in un'Arena.
Le notifiche non arrivano
Controlla che siano accese nell'app (Impostazioni → Notifiche) e nelle impostazioni del telefono, alla voce All You Can Fight.
Blocchi e segnalazioni
Come blocco o segnalo qualcuno?
Nel suo profilo tocca ⋯; in una chat o in una storia tocca ⋮; per un messaggio tienilo premuto. Poi scegli Blocca o Segnala. Puoi segnalare anche gruppi, recensioni, annunci delle Arene e giocatori al tavolo. Chi segnali non saprà che sei stato tu. Controlliamo ogni segnalazione entro 24 ore; se un contenuto viene segnalato da più persone lo nascondiamo subito, in attesa del controllo. Chi blocchi non può più scriverti, sfidarti o vederti. Gli utenti bloccati sono in Impostazioni → Privacy → Utenti bloccati.
Ho ricevuto un avviso o una sospensione
Il motivo te lo scriviamo nella chat «All You Can Fight» dell'app. Se pensi che sia un errore, scrivi a supporto@allyoucanfight.app entro 6 mesi: ricontrolla tutto una persona.
Segnalare un contenuto illegale senza l'app
Scrivi a supporto@allyoucanfight.app: dove si trova (nickname, chat, storia o recensione; uno screenshot aiuta), perché secondo te è illegale, il tuo nome e la tua email (il nome non serve se riguarda abusi su minori). Ti confermiamo di averla ricevuta e ti diciamo cosa abbiamo deciso.
Sicurezza dei ragazzi
All You Can Fight è vietata a chi ha meno di 14 anni. Non tolleriamo nessun contenuto o comportamento che sfrutta o mette in pericolo un minore: foto sessuali di minori, richieste di foto intime, adescamento (quando qualcuno cerca di conquistare la fiducia di un ragazzo per fargli del male), ricatti. Se lo troviamo, togliamo il contenuto, chiudiamo l'account per sempre e lo segnaliamo alla Polizia Postale. Puoi segnalarlo dall'app con Segnala o scrivendo a supporto@allyoucanfight.app, e anche direttamente alla Polizia Postale su www.commissariatodips.it. Se un ragazzo è in pericolo, chiama subito il 112.
Account e dati
Se cambio telefono perdo i miei dati?
Di serie usi l'app come ospite e il tuo account è legato al telefono. Per non perdere niente, collega il tuo account Apple o Google in Profilo → ⚙️ Impostazioni → Account → Account collegato: su un telefono nuovo entri con lo stesso account e ritrovi profilo, amici e chat. Se sei ospite e cancelli l'app o cambi telefono, puoi perdere record, amici e chat; gli acquisti li recuperi con Ripristina acquisti.
Come elimino il mio account?
Nell'app: Profilo → ⚙️ Impostazioni → Account → Elimina account (se sei ospite si chiama Cancella i miei dati), poi scrivi ELIMINA per confermare. Si cancellano per sempre il profilo, nome, bio e foto, statistiche, record e partite, medaglie, amici, chat e messaggi, recensioni. Nelle classifiche comparirai come «Giocatore eliminato». Serve la connessione a internet. Se non hai più l'app, segui le istruzioni su allyoucanfight.app/elimina-account.
Hai un ristorante sushi?
Fallo diventare un'Arena: tutte le informazioni su allyoucanfight.app/ristoranti. L'abbonamento si paga sul sito, non nell'app. Le condizioni sono nelle Condizioni per i ristoranti.

Write to us
For any problem or question, write to supporto@allyoucanfight.app. We'll reply as soon as we can, in English or Italian. This is also our point of contact for authorities and for reporting illegal content.
From the app: Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Support → Help us improve. Choose Idea, Problem or Other and write your message: we also get the app version and your phone's operating system, so we can help you faster.
The game
How do you play?
At the restaurant, tap Fight → Create a Table and choose Sushi challenge or Quiz challenge. Your friends join with Join a Table, by scanning the QR code or typing the table code. In the sushi challenge, tap EAT for every piece: pieces stay hidden until the end. When you're done, tap I'm done: once everyone has stopped, the podium appears. You'll also find everything in Settings → Support → How to play.
How does the quiz work?
Choose the topic (Sushi, Japan, General knowledge, Fun facts) and how many questions: you have 20 seconds for each one, and the faster you answer correctly, the more points you get. You can play at the table, on your own, or challenge a friend in the chat with the ⚔ button (one-to-one chats only).
Can I play on my own?
Yes: in Create a Table there is Play solo (solo games don't count for leaderboards, records and medals). If you're in an Arena, Join a Nearby Table shows the open battles in that restaurant so you can sit down with people who are about to play.
I don't want to appear on leaderboards
Turn off Settings → Privacy → Show my profile in leaderboards.
What is an Arena?
A sushi restaurant that is part of All You Can Fight: you find it on the map, and it has its own leaderboard, its own record and its own channel with news and events. You can also book a table there, free of charge. Where there is no Arena yet, you can play in the All You Can Fight Arena, which is ours and follows you everywhere.
Your health
Eat calmly and only as much as you normally would: no score is worth your wellbeing. Before every sushi challenge the app shows a health warning, and you can stop or leave whenever you want with I'm done or Leave. Don't play if you are under 14 (from 14 to 17 only with a parent's permission), if you are pregnant, if you have an eating disorder, an illness that gets worse if you eat a lot or fast, or allergies to foods found in sushi. Always ask the restaurant about allergens. If someone feels ill or is choking, call 112 straight away. All the rules are in the Terms of Use, section 3.
Shop and purchases
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free and has no ads. In the Shop (Profile → Customize → Shop) you can buy purely cosmetic extras: legendary and mythological characters, crowns, buttons, sticker packs and "The Whole Shop". They give no advantage in the game. Each item is bought once and stays yours.
Who handles payment?
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), with your store account. We never see your payment details. For a refund, ask Apple or Google.
I changed phone: how do I get my purchases back?
Sign in to the phone with the same Apple or Google account and tap Profile → Customize → Shop → Restore purchases. Purchases stay linked to your store account, even if you delete your app account.
Friends, chats and stories
How do I add a friend?
In Messages → Friends, tap “+” and type their friend code. You can also tap Add friend on a player's profile, let them scan the QR code of your friend code, or send them your invite link.
Who can see my stories?
When you post a story you choose whether everyone or only friends can see it. The default (only friends) can be changed in Settings → Privacy → Who sees my stories. Stories disappear after 24 hours and you can delete them earlier.
Who can write to me?
You choose in Settings → Privacy, under Who can message and challenge me (everyone or only friends). There you can also choose who sees your last seen and whether friends see when you're in an Arena.
I'm not getting notifications
Check that they're turned on in the app (Settings → Notifications) and in your phone's settings, under All You Can Fight.
Blocking and reporting
How do I block or report someone?
On their profile tap ⋯; in a chat or on a story tap ⋮; for a message, press and hold it. Then choose Block or Report. You can also report groups, reviews, Arena announcements and players at the table. The person you report won't know it was you. We check every report within 24 hours; if content is reported by several people, we hide it straight away until it is checked. People you block can no longer write to you, challenge you or see you. Blocked users are in Settings → Privacy → Blocked users.
I received a warning or a suspension
We tell you why in the "All You Can Fight" chat in the app. If you think it's a mistake, write to supporto@allyoucanfight.app within 6 months: a real person will check everything again.
Reporting illegal content without the app
Write to supporto@allyoucanfight.app: where it is (nickname, chat, story or review; a screenshot helps), why you think it is illegal, your name and your email (no name is needed if it concerns child abuse). We will confirm that we received it and tell you what we decided.
Child safety
All You Can Fight is not allowed for anyone under 14. We do not tolerate any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers a minor: sexual images of minors, requests for intimate photos, grooming (when someone tries to win a young person's trust in order to harm them), blackmail. If we find it, we remove the content, close the account for good and report it to the Italian Postal Police. You can report it from the app with Report or by writing to supporto@allyoucanfight.app, and also directly to the Postal Police at www.commissariatodips.it (or to the police in your country). If a young person is in danger, call 112 straight away.
Account and data
Will I lose my data if I change phone?
By default you use the app as a guest and your account is tied to your phone. To keep everything, link your Apple or Google account in Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Account → Linked account: on a new phone, sign in with the same account and you get your profile, friends and chats back. If you are a guest and you delete the app or change phone, you may lose your records, friends and chats; you can get your purchases back with Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Account → Delete account (if you are a guest it is called Delete my data), then type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your profile, name, bio and photo, stats, records and games, medals, friends, chats and messages, and reviews. On leaderboards you will appear as "Deleted player". You need an internet connection. If you no longer have the app, follow the instructions at allyoucanfight.app/elimina-account.
Do you own a sushi restaurant?
Make it an Arena: everything you need to know is at allyoucanfight.app/ristoranti. The subscription is paid on the website, not in the app. The terms are in the Conditions for Restaurants.
