Dall'app (subito)

1. Apri All You Can Fight e vai su Profilo.
2. Tocca l'ingranaggio in alto a destra: si aprono le Impostazioni.
3. In Account tocca Elimina account (se giochi come ospite: Cancella i miei dati).
4. Scrivi ELIMINA e conferma.

Senza l'app

Se non hai più l'app, scrivici indicando il tuo nickname e, se lo ricordi, il codice amico (se avevi collegato Google puoi scriverci anche da quella email): lo eliminiamo noi.

Chiedi l'eliminazione

Ti rispondiamo per conferma e completiamo l'eliminazione entro 30 giorni.

Cosa si cancella

Dal nostro server si cancellano subito:

• profilo: nickname, bio, foto e personaggio; impostazioni
• amici e blocchi; il testo dei tuoi messaggi e i tuoi vocali; reazioni
• storie, Arene seguite, recensioni, quiz e statistiche
• acquisti del Negozio, collegamento con Apple o Google
• telefono e nota delle prenotazioni, dati d'uso, messaggi che ci hai mandato dall'app, indirizzo per le notifiche

I file di storie, vocali e foto spariscono del tutto entro un giorno. Dal telefono si cancellano medaglie, storico delle sfide, chat salvate e le cose prese nel Negozio.

Gli acquisti fatti nell'app (personaggi, corone, pulsanti, sticker…) andranno persi e non si possono recuperare.

Restano, non più legati a te: i risultati delle sfide già giocate (fanno parte delle classifiche degli altri, ma tu non compari più) e le prenotazioni senza telefono e nota. Nelle chat degli altri, al posto dei tuoi messaggi compare «Messaggio eliminato»; il tuo nickname può restare nelle righe automatiche dei gruppi e delle serate. Le segnalazioni che ti riguardano restano per il tempo scritto nell'Informativa privacy.

Per eliminare l'account dall'app serve la connessione a internet. Gli acquisti restano registrati anche da Apple o Google, come ogni acquisto sugli store. Se avevi collegato Apple, l'app ti chiede di confermare con Apple un'ultima volta: così togliamo anche l'accesso con Apple. Il collegamento con Apple o Google puoi toglierlo anche dalle impostazioni del tuo ID Apple o del tuo account Google.

Solo alcuni dati

Senza eliminare l'account puoi togliere dall'app le tue storie, le recensioni, la foto profilo e le chat, e spegnere i dati d'uso in Impostazioni → Privacy → «Aiutaci a migliorare l'app». Per tutto il resto scrivici a supporto@allyoucanfight.app.

In the app (right away)

1. Open All You Can Fight and go to Profile.
2. Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account (playing as a guest: Delete my data).
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us with your nickname and, if you remember it, your friend code (if you had linked Google you can also write from that email address): we'll delete it for you.

Request deletion

We'll reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted from our server right away:

• profile: nickname, bio, photo and character; settings
• friends and blocks; the text of your messages and your voice messages; reactions
• Stories, followed Arenas, reviews, quizzes and stats
• Shop purchases, the link to Apple or Google
• phone number and note of your bookings, usage data, messages you sent us from the app, notification address

Story, voice and photo files are completely gone within a day. Deleted from your phone: medals, Fight history, saved chats and the items you got in the Shop.

In-app purchases (characters, crowns, buttons, stickers…) will be lost and can't be recovered.

What stays, no longer linked to you: results of Fights already played (part of other players' leaderboards, but you no longer appear) and bookings without phone number and note. In other people's chats, "Message deleted" appears in place of your messages; your nickname may remain in the automatic lines of groups and nights out. Reports about you are kept for the time written in the Privacy Policy.

To delete your account from the app you need an internet connection. Purchases also remain on record with Apple or Google, like any purchase on the stores. If you had linked Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple one last time: this way we also revoke the Sign in with Apple access. You can also remove the link to Apple or Google from your Apple ID or Google account settings.

Only some data

Without deleting your account you can remove your Stories, reviews, profile photo and chats in the app, and turn off usage data in Settings → Privacy → "Help us improve the app". For everything else, write to supporto@allyoucanfight.app.
